About Us

Phoenix offers finance from its panel of lenders, and all finance is subject to status and credit checks.
Services
The Gap Project Limited arranges the supply and installation of energy-efficient home improvement products for residential customers in the United Kingdom, including boilers, first-time central heating, heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, EV chargers and insulation. All services are subject to an individual quotation, technical survey and written agreement.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by The Gap Project Limited are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Indicative prices shown on this website are for guidance only and are not binding offers. Final pricing may vary based on site survey findings, specific installation requirements and any additional works identified.
Installations & Workmanship
Installations are carried out by accredited engineers in accordance with the relevant building regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products in line with the manufacturer's terms. We will use reasonable care and skill in the performance of our services.
Cancellation Rights
Where you enter into a contract with us off-premises (for example, in your home) or at a distance, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
