What counts as first time central heating?
A property that has never had a wet central heating system, typically heated by electric heaters, storage heaters or open fires.
What is included in a full system?
A new boiler, radiators throughout the property, all pipework, controls and thermostat, plus commissioning and handover.
How long does the work take?
Most full installations take three to five working days depending on property size and floor construction.
How disruptive is it?
Some lifting of floorboards and limited drilling is needed. We protect floors and furniture and tidy fully at the end of each day.
Can I get help with the cost?
Some households qualify for government backed schemes. We check eligibility as part of your free assessment.
What if there is no gas supply?
